Dutch Apple Pie, toasted brioche, bright baking spices, biscuit notes and ripe tree fruits - apples and pears. Evolves to candied pecans, hints of brown butter, and caramelized orange peel. Bright and complex with gorgeous candied fruit and spice notes.

Full and complex, with layers. Rich tree fruit notes throughout - significant apple and pear character - that are balanced with a shortbread cookie and cinnamon spice note. The mouthfeel is big and layered, but finishes very clean and dry - with a slight pipe tobacco note.
